REPAIR TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cobbler Concierge exercises great care in processing articles entrusted to us; we use the processes that, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. We cannot assume responsibility for the inherent weakness of, or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suede, nubuck and leather. Stain removal may cause damage and complete removal of stains is not guaranteed.

We employ the most skilled item repair professionals in the country and provide unparalleled customer service. All efforts will be made to ensure that your repair requests are completed perfectly. Cobbler Concierge will not be responsible for any of the following processes:

• Heavily soiled linings that are difficult to clean satisfactorily;
• Insect bites and scars, which were covered over, that may be revealed during some processes;
• Holes or tears due to fabric degradation;
• Tarnished metal work effected by some processes; and
• Heavily stained handles or those affected by grease that are difficult to clean satisfactorily.

We cannot be held responsible for loss of buttons, ornaments or anything left in pockets or in any part of the article.

Please inspect all articles upon receipt. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of any complaints, concerns or questions regarding the article. All repairs are guaranteed for a period of nine (9) months (excluding zipper and cleanings). Our liability with respect to any loss or damage to an article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.

We reserve the right to refuse services to any customer or reject any article. All items are photographed prior to any cleaning/restoration process taking place to ensure a benchmark for repair standards.

THE SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. WITH RESPECT TO OUR SERVICES, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW. PLEASE REFER TO YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY SUCH PROHIBITIONS.

Shipping and repairs are all subject to our Site Terms and Conditions and the applicable FAQs. Privacy of your information is as set forth in our Privacy Notice. Please insure your articles upon shipping them to us. We cannot assume responsibility for risk of loss or damage while in transit.

We reserve the right to amend the Repair Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Please check them prior to submitting each repair request.

We may need to contact you regarding your order. If you are unavailable by phone or email, we reserve the right to make repair-based decisions based on convenience, reasonableness, or at the discretion of any individual involved with your order.

Please let us know everything you would like repaired. Our experts will evaluate your item(s) for any additional services necessary, however due to the unique needs of our customers, we cannot guarantee unspecified repairs will be made.

It is not always possible to return an item to original factory condition. Certain hardware and materials are proprietary to the original brand and are not available for use in our repairs. However, it is always our goal to return items in their best possible condition. This may mean substituting hardware and materials of a similar aesthetic and quality.

Welcome to cobblerconcierge.com (the "Site"). The Site is provided as a service to our customers. Your use of the Site as a customer or visitor is governed by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms. Repairs are also subject to our Repair Terms and Conditions. Information about requesting repairs or the shipping process is provided in our FAQs. Privacy of your information is addressed in our Site Privacy Notice. These Terms are subject to and governed by Alabama law, and your use of the Site constitutes your consent to jurisdiction and venue in Alabama.

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure that information on the Site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. By creating an account on the Site, you understand that we may send you communications regarding our products and services to your designated e-mail address. You agree to receive such communications from us. Unless such e-mail is necessary to facilitate a transaction, such as to complete a sale or provide you with information related to a repair, we will give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving these commercial emails from us by following the opt-out instructions provided in such message(s).

The Site may include links to other websites maintained by third parties. These links are provided to you solely as a convenience, and the inclusion of these links to third party websites does not imply endorsement by us of the content or materials on these websites. Your access to these third party websites is at your own risk and we will have no liability arising out of or related to such websites or your access to or use of such websites.

Prohibited Uses of Site

You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site, or which impacts the security of the Site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site, or to copy content from the Site.

Registration, Accounts and Passwords

You are responsible for the personal protection and security of any password or username that you may use to access the Site. You are responsible for all activity conducted on the Site that can be linked or traced back to your username or password. You are obligated to immediately report a lost or stolen password or username to our Customer Service.

If you believe someone has used your password or account without your authorization, you must notify Customer Service immediately. We reserve the right to access and disclose any information including, without limitation, user names of accounts and other information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests.
